- Does the 18 hour course meet all of the licensure renewal requirements of the Virginia Real Estate Board?
- Yes. If you have already taken the 2 hour Limited Service Agency course, you should take the 16 hour package instead. If this is your first renewal, you need 30 hours of Post-Licensing plus 2 hours of Limited Service Agency. You can take the 2 hour Limited Service Agency through us. However, we do not offer the 30 hours of Post-Licensing.

- No. You are required to take 30 hours of post-licensing and 2 hours of Limited Service Agency within one year of licensure. Continuing education and post-licensing are completely different. Do not take continuing education.
- Do you offer 30 hours of post-licensing?
- No. However, in addition to the 30 hours of post-licensing, you do need a 2 hour course on Limited Service Agency. We do offer that.

- If I don’t finish the CE by my license expiration date, I have a 30 day grace period, don’t I?
- NO! This grace period is misunderstood by almost everyone. You have a grace period on the payment only. In other words, if you pay your renewal fee 15 days late, there is no late fee. However, once your license expires, you are out of business. So if you don’t pay and/or finish your CE when your license expires, you better not sell any real estate or engage in any activities for which you need a license until you pay your license renewal fee and complete your CE.
